Most recently, Morvents tried to charge me more the $600 for a case of odd sized, heating filters, which they insisted I had to purchase by the case. After some research, I found the same filters could be purchased for about $48 a case or 6.00 each. This was the final straw. I cancled my contract with Morvents and found another company to service my heating and air conditioning system.   Morvent AC & Heating, LLC d/b/a One Hour Air Replied on 07/23/2008 I am personally sorry for the negative experience that you had with our company. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and unfortuantley we did not meet your expectations with the air filters. As per our phone conversation, sometimes vendors are more expensive than what you can find on the internet. Thanks to your situation, we brought this to our vendor to make them aware of the cost difference in your specific situation. As a result of us failing here, i am offering you a free annual system cleaning. Once again, we pride ourselves on customer service and we stand behind our 100% service satisfaction promise.
