We are currently expanding our sales force in and around the Philadelphia marketplace and have both Account Executive and District Sales Coordinator positions available.

You will be assigned a protected territory and primarily work from a home office environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Territory Development:  Phone and face to face prospecting businesses within your territory, presenting and closing business owners and key decision makers at local businesses on the ByTheZip.com Local Search program and developing and working referral networks.

• Territory Management:  Maintaining relationships with existing clients, participating in community organizations and networking events, developing relationships with community leaders and providing field customer service support.

Training and Advancement

Our training program is extensive, comprehensive and ongoing.  We begin with a week long classroom training that will provide you with an in depth understanding of how our program works and how the Internet works.  In addition, you will learn our selling and prospecting systems.

After your initial training, you will have 4 weeks of field training with a trainer applying the techniques learned in the classroom.  This is an “earn while you learn” training program and you will be making sales presentations.  You will also attend weekly meetings and have additional advanced training classes and weekly evaluations during this time.

Upon completion of our 5 week training program, you will be able to independently develop your territory and will truly have an unlimited opportunity for both income and personal growth.

Management positions are only available to individuals that complete our training program and prove themselves in the field.  We don’t hire managers.  Sales Coordinators are developed and must prove themselves as Account Executives before they will be allowed to lead and train others.  Every member of the Sales Management team still sells every week.  No paper pushers here…everybody sells.
